Future Vision Joins Human Capital Management Consortium to Elevate Industry Standards

Future Vision Expands Ecosystem of Human Capital Management



Future Vision, a consulting firm based in Shibuya, Tokyo, is proud to announce its participation in the Human Capital Management Consortium. This consortium, which currently comprises 643 companies and organizations as of May 27, 2025, aims to promote the practical application and disclosure of human capital management among Japanese enterprises by sharing best practices, fostering inter-company collaboration, and enabling effective information disclosure.

As of June 1, Future Vision entered into a consulting agreement with HC Produce, an ISO 30414 certification body, to bolster its capabilities in human capital analysis based on international standards. By joining the consortium, Future Vision plans to merge its knowledge in human capital management with the latest successful examples and research insights from the consortium, thereby supporting client companies to enhance their human capital management practices to a higher level.

Overview of the Human Capital Management Consortium


The Human Capital Management Consortium was established with the dual purpose of advancing the practices and disclosures of human capital management in Japanese companies. The consortium focuses on sharing advanced examples of human capital management practices and facilitating discussions aimed at inter-company cooperation. Furthermore, it collects and disseminates information related to human capital both domestically and internationally, promoting widespread understanding of the concepts involved. An important aspect of its operation includes creating a dialogue space between consortium members and investors.

  • - Established: August 25, 2022 (Founded by seven members including Dr. Kunio Ito, Director of the CFO Education Research Center at Hitotsubashi University)
  • - Purpose: To foster the practice and disclosure of human capital management while creating dialogue opportunities with investors
