Her experience is rich and varied; prior to her presidency, she held roles as Executive Vice President as well as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. With nearly two decades spent at Morgan Stanley, Chiu held the title of Managing Director, where she was instrumental in leading capital raising and strategic planning for the Global Listed Real Assets Investing business. Her educational background is equally impressive with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting, graduated summa cum laude, from NYU Stern School of Business.
Charles “Chaz” D. Mueller, Jr. comes from a significant background in public REITs, having recently been a member of the Board of Trustees for Vivmark Residential, formed from the merger of AvalonBay Communities and Equity Residential. Mr. Mueller has over 30 years of executive experience in various forms of real estate management. Notably, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Progress Residential until 2021 and has held senior positions in several major residential real estate companies. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and later achieved an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
