ARC Academy Launches Innovative Online Learning for Insurance Professionals

ARC Academy, operating under the umbrella of TAC₄® Solutions, LLC, recently announced the commencement of its live online courses tailored for insurance industry professionals. Launched in June, this education platform addresses a critical gap in the training of professionals engaged in statutory reporting, regulatory filings, insurance operations, and financial audits.

The mission of ARC Academy is to enhance professional knowledge, promote individual growth, and ensure the financial success of insurance organizations. Courses offered are meticulously crafted by experienced professionals who bring decades of expertise in various areas of insurance, including accounting, regulatory compliance, data architecture, and organizational health.

Each course offered spans two hours and is eligible for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. T. One of the key highlights of the launch is the complimentary course titled 'Insurance Financial Reporting Overview', scheduled for July 15, 2026. This two-hour live session aims to introduce new hires in insurance accounting, finance, or auditing, as well as professionals transitioning from other sectors. It also welcomes teams from IT, data, or operations who are integral to financial reporting.

This particular course aims to elucidate the rationale behind insurance financial reporting, the distinctions between statutory accounting and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and the unique nature of financial reporting in the insurance sector compared to other industries. It will help attendees understand how financial statements underpin solvency, regulatory compliance, and the protection of policyholders, emphasizing the reasoning behind the numerical data presented.
