TOTSU GROUP Sponsors Premium Viewing Tour TOKYO DIAMOND TOUR at Tokyo Tower

In an exciting collaboration, TOTSU GROUP, a leading real estate firm based in Tokyo, is officially sponsoring the premium viewing experience known as TOKYO DIAMOND TOUR, provided by TOKYO TOWER Co., Ltd. This exclusive tour allows only 70 participants per day to take in breathtaking views of the city from one of its most iconic landmarks.

Expansion into New Regions

As a comprehensive real estate company operating primarily in the Tokyo area, TOTSU GROUP is embarking on an ambitious new path by extending its real estate revitalization efforts into the Kansai and Kyushu regions. The TRUST VALUE series, which includes a lineup of 50 renovated properties, is making its debut in the Osaka area. Additionally, the company is launching its value-added rental housing series known as Totsu Residence in Fukuoka and Hakata, focusing specifically on residential properties.

The aim is to rejuvenate aging buildings located in prime areas, transforming them into functional and comfortable homes while maximizing their potential value. This national expansion represents a significant shift for TOTSU GROUP, as it continues to thrive from its roots in Tokyo while exploring new opportunities across the country.

Partnership with Tokyo Tower

The collaboration with TOKYO TOWER sees both companies resonating with each other's missions. As TOTSU GROUP continues to grow, their sponsorship of the TOKYO DIAMOND TOUR serves to elevate their presence in Japan's competitive market. The partnership aligns perfectly with Tokyo Tower's goal of continuously providing new value to its visitors, making this sponsorship a natural fit.

Celebrating with Special Light-Up

In celebration of this partnership and to send a strong message about their national expansion efforts, a special light-up ceremony was held on October 20, 2025. The Tokyo Tower was illuminated in the unique color of TOTSU GROUP, showcasing their commitment to new challenges and ambitions. This stunning light display not only enhanced Tokyo's night skyline but also served as a powerful symbol of TOTSU GROUP's dynamic growth and determination to broaden its business across Japan.
