"Estate", a tribute to the vibrant season of summer. Located on the hotel’s top floor, the
Sky Lounge & Dining Artist Café promises breathtaking views from 150 meters above ground combined with a memorable culinary journey.

The
"Estate" course features a range of luxurious ingredients synonymous with the summer season, showcasing fish like the
Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper) and
Madai (Sea Bream), complemented by premium meats such as Japanese Black Wagyu and Spanish Charolaise beef.
The course emphasizes not only flavor but also visual appeal, reflecting the artistic flair of the chefs. As you savor each dish, you'll be treated to spectacular views, enhancing your dining experience immensely.
