This year, the highlight of the menu is the “Aged Soy Sauce Moon Viewing Tororo Karubi Bowl.” This delicious dish features high-quality aged beef rib, special flank steak, and tender beef tongue, all grilled to perfection and paired with creamy tororo and a yolk that symbolizes the full moon.
