Dane Bray Steps into Chief Revenue Officer Role at LOGIX Fiber Networks

LOGIX Fiber Networks Welcomes Dane Bray as Chief Revenue Officer

LOGIX Fiber Networks, an esteemed fiber-based networking provider in Texas, has just announced the appointment of Dane Bray as its new Chief Revenue Officer. This strategic move highlights LOGIX's commitment to expanding its network to meet the growing needs of its enterprise, carrier, data center, and hyperscale clients throughout Texas.

A Leader with Proven Experience

Dane Bray brings over 20 years of rich experience in executive sales and commercial leadership to LOGIX. His most recent role was as Vice President at Windstream's Kinetic Business, where he adeptly managed a nationwide commercial organization that encompassed enterprise and small to medium business sectors along with pivotal sales engineering support. In his preceding position as Vice President for Enterprise Sales at Windstream, he was key to the revenue growth and retention strategies that generated around $400 million in recurring revenue.

In a statement, Greg O'Connor, CEO of LOGIX Fiber Networks, expressed confidence in Bray's capabilities, saying, "Dane is a proven commercial leader who understands our industry, our customers, and where the market is going. As we continue investing in our network and pursuing larger, more complex opportunities, Dane brings the wealth of experience we need to enhance our current momentum and accelerate our growth phase."

Transition of Leadership

Bray's addition to the team comes with a smooth transition, as he succeeds Jim Hintze in the role of Chief Revenue Officer. In a show of strategic planning, Hintze remains on board as a strategic advisor, ensuring continuity in the company’s sales organization and customer relations moving forward. "Jim has played an important role in building the commercial organization and relationships we have today," commented CEO O'Connor, emphasizing the importance of retaining Hintze’s expertise during this pivotal transition.

As LOGIX continues to invest in its Texas network, Bray aims to strengthen the company's support for increasingly complex connectivity demands from enterprises, carriers, data centers, and some of the world's largest tech companies. He stated, "LOGIX has built a strong network, a great customer base, and real momentum in one of the fastest-growing technology and infrastructure markets in the country. I'm excited to join the team and help elevate the commercial organization to the next level."

Expanding LOGIX's Network

In the wake of his appointment, Bray's focus is directed towards remaining close to customers, understanding their evolving business needs, and solidifying the commercial organization to foster growth alongside the clientele. His previous experiences in major telecommunications companies, such as XO Communications, Tel West Network Services, and Time Warner Telecom, have equipped him with the knowledge necessary for this role.

Bray emphasizes the dynamic environment in Texas, stating, "Texas continues to attract extraordinary investment in technology and digital infrastructure, and LOGIX is well positioned to be a critical part of that growth." With an already established network reliability and flexible solutions, LOGIX Fiber Networks is poised to benefit tremendously from Bray’s expertise and leadership.
