Manyo's Major Rebranding: A New Era for Skincare



In an exciting development, the Korean skincare brand Manyo, a subsidiary of IK Holdings, has just announced the most significant rebranding since its inception in 2012. This overhaul includes a fresh slogan, logo adjustments, and a revamped packaging design, setting the stage for an engaging new chapter in their skincare journey.

Manyo's decision to rebrand arises from a deep desire to resonate more effectively with diverse international audiences. By removing the colon from its name—transforming it from "ma:nyo" to "manyo"—the brand aims for greater intuitiveness; this specifically targets ease of understanding in various languages and cultures. The revised brand image reflects Manyo's commitment to being accessible and relatable, appealing to skincare enthusiasts worldwide.

At the heart of this rebranding is the new slogan: "Everyday magic for your skin". This phrase captures the essence of Manyo’s philosophy on skincare, emphasizing a proactive approach that focuses on maintaining skin balance and natural beauty.

Updated Packaging Design


The brand’s first step in this reimplementation is refreshing its beloved cleansing line. Notably, the Pure Soybean Cleansing Oil, a five-time winner in the Cleansing Category of the Korean Olive Young Awards, has achieved remarkable success with over 22 million units sold. This cleansing oil is known for its 87% natural ingredient composition, gently tackling blackheads and excess oil, making it a staple for many.

Additionally, their Pure Soybean Cleanser offers rich foam that deeply cleans pores and removes impurities, enhancing the skincare routine with its gratifying lather.

Launch Schedule


With a vision to exceed expectations, Manyo is launching its rebranded products across Japan, leveraging the momentum of their recent Glutathione Series, which has topped the Qoo10 rankings since its February launch. From today, Manyo is making its rebranded product line available both online and offline.

  • - Online Availability: Starting May 1, refreshed products will be launched on Qoo10, with further distribution planned for Rakuten and Amazon.
