Jiang possesses an impressive background that underscores his qualifications for this role. Born in 1983 in Xi'an, China, he studied Computer Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University. After graduation, he joined an information systems company in Tokyo, becoming involved in Suica-related developments.

In 2009, he joined NVIDIA Japan, contributing to a collaborative project with Google on AR technology development. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2015 when he founded a visual data processing company in Shenzhen, China. This venture attracted acquisition interest from a major Chinese IT firm just eight months after its inception. After stepping down from his previous role, he founded Sirius Robotics, leading to the establishment of Sirius Japan in 2019, where he initially served as the President.

As of September 2025, Sirius Japan has a workforce of 12 employees, located in the H¹O Nihonbashi Kayabacho office in Tokyo. The company focuses on automating logistics and manufacturing processes through smart warehouse solutions that integrate software and hardware.
