Many grapple with questions such as, What do I truly want to achieve? Why am I here? Addressing these existential queries can be akin to crafting a treasure map to navigate one’s life journey.

In this pivotal year, where Yoshida’s own children are stepping into adolescence—his son entering high school and his daughter beginning middle school—he feels a profound responsibility to impart essential life lessons. Project Implementation and Structure



The JOBTRIP project began internally at Invision, inviting the team members to articulate their long-term aspirations and current realities. The initiative focuses on identifying five key actions that encourage habitual practices to bridge the gap between their present state and ideal future. This self-reflective journey will not only engage Invision employees but will also be expanded to include stakeholders aligned with similar values.

The outcomes of the project will be thoroughly documented and will culminate in a book to be published two years later in celebration of Invision’s 20th anniversary, where transformations observed in individuals and teams will be showcased.
