This event invites guests to experience the unique culinary wonders of Nagasaki, a region that has historically served as Japan's gateway for foreign trade, intertwining Western and Chinese influences to produce a distinct culture known as Wakanran.

Culinary Offerings
The signature "Shikisai Course" starts at ¥7,500 and offers a selection of five main dish options all made with premium Nagasaki ingredients.
Menu Includes:
- Fugu mixed with daikon radish,
- Kienago marinated in sweet vinegar,
- Nagasaki-style chikuwa fish cakes.
- Tsushima chicken,
- Isami pork,
- Seasonal fish,
- Domestic beef from Nagasaki.
- Goto udon prepared in the winter specialty "Jigoku-daki" with a rich broth.
- Special rum-soaked Nagasaki castella by the hotel pastry chef.
Not only can guests enjoy course meals, but a variety of a la carte options will also be available, highlighting local ingredients. Drinks that pair perfectly with the meals, including sake and shochu, will also be offered, ensuring a complete dining experience.
Special Visit
In February 2025, our head chefs visited Nagasaki to explore local ingredients and their sourcing practices. This intimate engagement with the rich flavors and textures of the local cuisine will be reflected in the dishes served during the fair.

Shikisai Charyo "Shunka" emphasizes the natural flavors of ingredients through charcoal and teppanyaki dishes, making it the perfect venue for both professional gatherings and personal celebrations. The seating consists of counter spots, relaxing hall areas, and private rooms accommodating up to 12 guests.
