The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho is thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration fair titled 'TOKYO MEETS SAN SEBASTIAN 2025,' taking place from October 1 to November 30, 2025. Located at 1-2 Kioicho, Chiyoda Ward in Japan, this fair invites food enthusiasts to explore the exquisite flavors of Spain's celebrated culinary city, San Sebastián.

This unique gastronomical event features renowned Chef Stefano Brunato, the head chef of Hotel Maria Cristina, Luxury Collection Hotel in San Sebastián. Known as a top destination for food lovers, San Sebastián offers a vibrant food scene that attracts gourmets from around the globe. Chef Brunato will visit Tokyo to host three exclusive dinner nights alongside various dining experiences throughout the fair.

An Exclusive Dinner Event Featuring Chef Stefano Brunato


From November 5 to 7, 2025, guests will have the rare opportunity to enjoy a special dinner crafted by Chef Brunato. With a culinary journey that originated in Veneto, Italy, Brunato brings years of experience from prestigious establishments in the UK and has been sharing his skills as head chef since 2022. During these three evenings, diners can savor a meticulously prepared course menu highlighting the best of Basque cuisine, accompanied by expertly paired Spanish wines selected by a skilled sommelier.

Dinner Menu Highlights:


1. Gilda - A delightful appetizer.
2. 'Ttoro' - Traditional Basque fish soup that promises to transport you to the shores of the Basque coast.
3. Foie Gras Flan - A taste of luxury and bold flavors.
4. Razor Clams with Rice - A show-stopping dish echoing the rich maritime tradition of San Sebastián.
5. Braised Beef Cheek with Piquillo Pepper Cream - Comfort food elevated to gastronomic heights.
6. Basque Country Cake - An iconic dessert to conclude the meal.

The exclusive dining experience is priced at ¥25,000 per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional ¥8,000.

Spanish Lunch Course


Not only can guests attend the special dinners, but they can also indulge in a Spanish Lunch Course available throughout the fair. Highlights of the lunch menu include:
  • - Roasted Ibérico Pork with Demi-Glace Sauce - Tender and flavorful, representing the essence of Spanish meats.
  • - Grilled Seafood Dish - Be inspired by the coastal culinary traditions of San Sebastián.
  • - Pasta with Tomato and Anchovy - A perfect combination that showcases the best ingredients from Spain.

Lunch is available starting at ¥7,000.

Sweet Delights to Savor


To satisfy your sweet tooth, the fair presents two delectable dessert options:
  • - Baked Apple Crepes - A lovely dessert combining locally popular fruits used in cider making.
  • - Basque Cheesecake from Hotel Maria Cristina - Made from a secret recipe exclusive to Japan, providing a rich and creamy finish to your meal. Each dessert is priced at ¥2,800 and ¥2,200 respectively.

Signature Spanish Cocktails


In addition to the culinary highlights, guests can enjoy signature cocktails inspired by the history of Hotel Maria Cristina, including the 'Betty Davis', created in honor of the actress's visit in 1989. Each cocktail is priced at ¥3,200.

Breakfast and More


Start your day with Chef Brunato’s favorite breakfast featuring Porcini and Pancetta Eggs Benedict, available from ¥5,800.
