On August 20, 2025, a presentation ceremony was held at the Nagasaki Prefectural Office to express gratitude for this generous contribution. Since establishing a base in Nagasaki in 2017, Persol Business Process Design has employed approximately 450 people at their Sasebo location. Here, they provide a variety of vital services including help desk and call center operations, BPO solutions, HR services, and healthcare solutions. The recent donations are part of the company's efforts to tackle societal issues, especially focusing on regional revitalization and supporting local municipalities where many employees reside.

The funds donated are earmarked for the "Future Human Resource Development and Support Project in Nagasaki," which aims to nurture and secure talent for the future of the region. This initiative will promote opportunities for young individuals, facilitate UI-turn strategies (returning residents), and encourage workation activities that can benefit the local economy.
