Scheduled to take place at the Theatre Green BIG TREE THEATER in Toshima, Tokyo from October 29 to November 1, 2026, this production promises to captivate audiences with its authentic narrative and talented performances.

Storyline

'tOUT' revolves around two women, Eri and Fujiko, who find themselves at a crossroads in life, having sacrificed their aspirations for the responsibilities that come with adulthood. Eri, a homemaker, grapples with an overwhelming sense of emptiness after raising her children. Once embraced by time and freedom, she now confronts a void, prompting her to reflect on her youth and the dreams she once held close—the desire to become a children's book author.

Coincidentally, her old friend Fujiko is also redefining her life choices, stepping away from her career to explore what lies ahead. A simple yet profound question from Fujiko ignites a spark within Eri: “Shall we try once more?” This moment becomes a catalyst, encouraging both women to bravely venture back into the realm of their forgotten dreams, reclaiming the time they had set aside.

Production Details

The revamped version of 'OUT' is not just a revival; it features all-original music and script designed to captivate contemporary audiences. The creative team includes the multifaceted Misaki Fujibayashi as producer, with Kohta Yoshitani responsible for the script and Masato Kamada composing the music. The production will feature a high-caliber cast consisting of prominent actors, tap dancers, and dancers, all notable figures within their industries.
