Prior to his new role, Kłos co-founded Brand New Galaxy, where he significantly expanded operations, growing the team to over 600 employees across three continents. Under his leadership, the company experienced annual revenue growth exceeding 30% and successfully acquired Content26, an Amazon-focused agency based in the U.S., marking a significant milestone as the first acquisition by a Polish-origin company in this space. Following the acquisition of Brand New Galaxy by Stagwell, Kłos played a pivotal role in harmonizing global offerings and accelerating international expansion.

In 2024, rebranding Brand New Galaxy to Assembly Digital Commerce signified a strategic pivot towards creating more interconnected omnichannel experiences aimed at enhancing brand performance. This transformation reflects a natural evolution of the partnership between agencies and underscores Kłos's return as CEO, completing a transformative journey.
