Sectional Condominiums


The yield for sectional condominiums increased slightly from 6.62% in the previous quarter to 6.67% this quarter. The average price also saw a significant rise, moving from 22.74 million JPY in the prior period to 24.63 million JPY, representing an increase of 8.31%.

Single-Unit Apartments


Similarly, for single-unit apartments, the yield observed an improvement from 7.99% to 8.16%, marking an increase of 0.17 points. The average price also climbed from 82.84 million JPY to 85.05 million JPY, up by 2.67%.

Entire Condominium Buildings


The entire condominium buildings experienced a rise in yield as well, from 7.51% to 7.56%. The average price for these properties rose from 185.21 million JPY to 188.74 million JPY, translating to an increase of 1.91%.

Overall, the report indicates a promising upward trend in the real estate market, with both property prices and yields on the rise across all categories. This suggests an increasing demand and provides potential investors with valuable insights into the market's current dynamics.
