According to the newly established framework, associates can join the Seller Success Track upon achieving an impressive annual sales milestone of $1 million, referred to as ‘Emerging Stylists’ or ‘Emerging Sellers’. The program then guides them through various achievement levels until they reach the prestigious titles of Master Stylist or Master Seller, which requires maintaining sales of over $7 million per year.

Participants in the Seller Success Track will be on a continuous journey of personal and professional growth. The program offers various incentives, such as enhanced customer acquisition support, dedicated personal assistants to aid in business management, and travel budgets for client engagements.
