Visteon Corporation Announces CFO Transition
Visteon Corporation, listed under NASDAQ as VC, has officially announced today that Jerome Rouquet, the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the company effective November 30, 2026. This decision comes as he looks to pursue other opportunities.
In light of Jerome Rouquet's departure, Visteon's Board of Directors has appointed Colleen Myers to serve as the interim Chief Financial Officer. Colleen currently holds the position of Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and will take over the role as soon as Rouquet exits from the company. Visteon is now actively on the lookout for a permanent successor to ensure leadership continuity.
During the handover period, Rouquet will collaborate with Colleen Myers and the broader leadership team at Visteon, providing assistance to guarantee a seamless transition. Colleen Myers has extensive experience in finance and has been part of Visteon's executive team since 2015, where she has held several key positions, including Assistant Controller and Senior Manager of Reporting and Consolidations. She has been serving as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2024.
Sachin Lawande, President and Chief Executive Officer of Visteon, expressed gratitude towards Jerome, stating, "On behalf of the Board and Executive Team, I would like to thank Jerome for his leadership and contributions to Visteon over the past six years. He has been a valued member of our leadership team, and we appreciate his service to the company. We wish him the very best in his future endeavors."
He further praised Colleen's experience, noting, "Colleen brings extensive financial leadership experience and deep knowledge of Visteon. We are confident in her ability to lead the finance organization during this transition."
Rouquet shared his sentiments about leaving Visteon, stating, "Leaving Visteon was a difficult decision, and I am grateful to Sachin, the Board, and my colleagues for their partnership over the past six years. I remain confident in Visteon’s direction, strategy, and long-term success. The company is well positioned for its next phase, and I look forward to working closely with Colleen and the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition."
