His prior experience includes a significant tenure as a Principal at Walton Street Capital LLC, a private equity firm in Chicago, where he managed over $5 billion in real estate acquisitions and developments across various investment vehicles.

Calaguire’s academic credentials further reinforce his expertise; he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business. This solid educational foundation, combined with his hands-on experience in the real estate sector, positions him as a valuable asset to Quarterra, especially in navigating the complexities of multifamily housing investments.
