BlueFocus Achieves Record Revenue of 60 Billion RMB in 2024

On April 24, 2025, BlueFocus announced its annual financial results for 2024, showcasing an impressive 60.8 billion RMB in annual revenues, which marks a 15.55% increase from the previous year. This makes BlueFocus the first marketing firm in China to exceed 60 billion RMB in annual revenues, a significant milestone underscoring its strategic transformation amid ongoing technological advancements and global expansion.

A Pioneering Shift Towards AI Integration

Fei Pan, the CEO of BlueFocus, stated, "We have entered what can be considered the most strategic and pivotal era in our history." The company is committed to evolving into a genuine AI-driven marketing technology firm, actively seizing opportunities in a market reshaped by a trillion RMB reorganization in the marketing industry, both domestically and globally.

Since 2023, BlueFocus has fully embraced an "All-in-AI" strategy, developing its proprietary industrial model, BlueAI. This model now drives over 95% of its operational workflows. As a result, the company has witnessed a 60% improvement in integrated marketing efficiency, soaring to 1000% in various operational metrics.

In terms of revenue generated through AI initiatives, BlueFocus earned 1.2 billion RMB in 2024. This figure is more than ten times the previous year’s earnings, accounting for a significant part of the company’s soaring growth trajectory. Looking ahead, BlueFocus anticipates that its AI-driven revenues will reach between 3 billion and 5 billion RMB in 2025, with long-term goals set to surpass 10 billion RMB. Fei Pan emphasized, "Achieving this milestone will rely on three high parameters: high gross margins, strong AI integration intensity, and crafted AI-driven revenue models, ultimately aiming for 70% to 80% of our revenues to be reinvented through AI."

Expanding Global Footprint

As part of its Globalization 2.0 strategy, BlueFocus is progressing rapidly. In 2024, overseas advertising revenues climbed to 48.3 billion RMB, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 29.36% and constituting nearly 80% of the company's total revenues. Collaborations with strategic partners such as Meta, Google, and TikTok for Business continue to foster growth through double-digit percentage increases.

The company is also accelerating the establishment of its local networks, with offices set up in various countries, including the United States, Singapore, Japan, the Netherlands, Vietnam, Thailand, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Brazil. Additional expansion plans include the opening of three to five new branches across Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America.

Aiming for Marketing Leadership

Bolstered by the synergy between its AI strategy and Globalization 2.0 initiatives, BlueFocus is poised to redefine marketing valuation standards.
