From September 8 to 11, 2025, the RE+ 2025 event in Las Vegas served as a platform for Desay Battery to unveil its latest innovations aimed directly at enhancing battery safety. As a global leader in energy storage solutions, Desay has meticulously developed a comprehensive suite of technologies designed to tackle one of the industry’s most pressing issues: battery safety.

The centerpiece of their presentation was the patented active safety cell and system technology. This advanced system integrates cutting-edge AI-driven temperature and pressure detection, enabling real-time monitoring throughout the product's lifecycle. By utilizing extensive experimental data and thorough correlation analyses, Desay Battery can detect early signs of potential hazards such as overcharging, short circuits, or lithium plating. Alarming notifications are sent instantaneously when unusual signals are detected, triggering preventive measures to protect the system.

One noteworthy enhancement included a corrosion-resistant sensor that accurately gathers data even in challenging environments. This sensor captures key metrics such as voltage, internal temperature, and pressure, forming a 'data triangle' that significantly improves the efficiency of Desay's next-generation management systems. Integrating with cloud-based AI and Energy Management Systems (EMS), this innovation optimizes cooling processes, refines charging methods, and extends system lifespan while also boosting overall efficiency.

Apart from the AI-powered platform, Desay Battery also introduced its diverse range of lithium and sodium batteries, featuring cells with capacities of 100Ah, 280Ah, and 314Ah, along with a 60Ah sodium cell. Modular battery systems and a variety of integrated storage cabinets were showcased, covering capacities from 215kWh to 344kWh. Among the highlights were higher-capacity solutions, such as a liquid-cooled containerized system boasting 5 MWh and critical infrastructure offerings, including uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and residential energy storage systems.

Desay's adaptable services cater to a wide range of applications, extending from residential use to industrial needs. A key focus was addressing the energy demands of data centers through the integration of photovoltaic generation and advanced storage options. This approach has proven to reduce costs dramatically, bringing down expenses to 0.25 RMB/kWh and achieving up to 79% savings during peak times.

The company emphasizes its capability to deliver customized and comprehensive energy storage solutions, a strength that has earned it recognition in Bloomberg's Energy Storage Tier 1 rankings, confirming its standing among industry peers.
