Sanae Akima is the CEO of La torche. After graduating from the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Agriculture, she completed her studies in International Cooperation at the Graduate School of the same university. Having developed projects in collaboration with industry, government, and academia, she founded La torche in 2017. She has established a practical approach to “brain management” based on cognitive science, emphasizing individuality and creativity. Her book on brain management, available in English and Korean, earned a special award in 2025 from The Wall Street Journal's "New Era Leaders" in New York.
Akinori Goto
Akinori Goto is the COO of Ideal Leaders. He holds a degree in Education from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from GLOBIS University. After starting his career at Benesse Corporation, where he was involved in product planning, marketing, and human resources, he shifted his focus to executive coaching and organizational change at Ideal Leaders.
