Under the expert guidance of Chef Pâtissier Chocolatier Nicolas Cloiseau, an M.O.F. (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) awardee in the chocolate category, this new collection is a collaboration with La Glacerie Paris, led by fellow M.O.F. David Vésmaurel.

Master Artisan David Vésmaurel
