La Maison du Chocolat, a renowned name in the chocolate industry since its establishment in France in 1977, is set to introduce its new ice cream line called "LA GLACERIE PARIS" on May 17, 2025. Under the expert guidance of Chef Pâtissier Chocolatier Nicolas Cloiseau, an M.O.F. (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) awardee in the chocolate category, this new collection is a collaboration with La Glacerie Paris, led by fellow M.O.F. David Vésmaurel.

Master Artisan David Vésmaurel


In 2004, David Vésmaurel was awarded the prestigious M.O.F. title in the ice cream sector. He also won the World Pastry Team Championship in 2006 and has since been expanding his influence worldwide as the owner-chef of La Glacerie Paris since 2018.
