A Miraculous Project Spreading Joy to Hospitalized Children with Drones and Gifts

Bringing Joy to Children in Hospitals: A Successful Christmas Charity Project by ENTER FORCE.36

Every year, the festive season generates excitement and joy, especially for children. However, for many hospitalized kids, the holidays can be a challenging time. To help alleviate this, the professional eSports team ENTER FORCE.36 (E36) launched an inspiring Christmas charity project to spread hope and joy. This year, they teamed up with the aerial entertainment group, étoile, to present a groundbreaking Christmas drone show across seven facilities in Osaka and Fukuoka.

Continuing from last year’s initiative of delivering gifts of hope through their eSports successes, E36 dedicated this year’s project to illuminating the lives of children and the vital healthcare workers supporting them. The campaign was made possible through funds raised from global tournaments, profits from E36’s activities, and generous donations from partner companies.

The Christmas Drone Show

This year marked the first-ever Christmas drone show in eSports history, thanks to the special partnership with étoile. Thematic performances encapsulated messages of the value of life and warmth, transforming the night sky into a canvas of lights and colors, inspiring children and families alike.

Project Highlights

The charity initiative included various activities:

  • - December 16: At Kishiwada City Hospital, the first Christmas drone show delighted hospitalized children, featuring special visits from E36 players who delivered presents to the pediatric ward.
  • - December 17: Players visited Kindai University Hospital, providing gifts and engaging with children through games, fostering uplifting interactions.
  • - December 18: E36 delivered presents to children at the Osaka Mother and Child Medical Center, continuing their commitment to support those battling illness.
  • - December 24: The team visited a local after-school day service in Fukuoka, offering not just gifts but personal interactions that helped cultivate connections within the community.

Voices of Support

Owners, leaders, and community members expressed heartfelt gratitude:
  • - E36 Team Owner Hiroshi Ikeda emphasized the power of eSports to inspire courage and hope, wishing for the joy and light to reach every child and healthcare provider involved.
  • - AIRI, Art Leader at étoile, spoke of the privilege to bring joy through the drone show, hoping that such magic would provide comfort and smiles, fostering an atmosphere of hope in the hospital wards.
  • - Kishiwada City’s Mayor celebrated the importance of the gifts and shows, remarking on the impact on children's spirits and the community's connection through shared events.

Continued Support and Commitment

As ENTER FORCE.36 looks ahead to 2026, they are committed to enhancing their efforts, aiming to continue spreading hope and inspiration through meaningful interactions, while reminding us all of the importance of community and support for those in need.

This initiative has shown that through collaboration and care, significant impacts can be achieved in the lives of children enduring difficult times. The heartfelt smiles from children receiving gifts and witnessing the drone spectacle signify the success of this project—a true testament to the potential of eSports as a force for good.
