Culinary Elegance at Blue Box Café
Tiffany & Co. has proudly launched two new course menus at their Blue Box Café by Natsuko Shoji, celebrating the artistry and craftsmanship that the brand is known for. The menus include the "Prix Fixe Course" and the "Blue Box Café Specialty Course," both designed to elevate dining experiences with a blend of seasonal flavors and impeccable presentation.
Prix Fixe Course
The "Prix Fixe Course" features four exquisite dishes, crafted by Chef Natsuko Shoji, highlighting the essence of seasonal ingredients. The meal begins with a delicate "Carpaccio of Seasonal White Fish," where thin slices of fish are arranged elegantly, accompanied by citrus elements, baby celery, and a gazpacho made of herbs and tomatoes, providing a refreshing start to the dining experience.
The three main dishes available represent the harmonious connection between Tiffany and nature, showcasing the chef's artistic vision:
- - Sea of Wonder presents a dish prepared with fresh fish, herbs, and spices, baked to replicate the texture and flavor of grilled fish skin, served with edible flowers and a white wine sauce that celebrate the beauty of the ocean.
- - The Chicken Plate features confit chicken thighs lovingly wrapped in a smooth chicken breast mousse, shaped to evoke the essence of chicken itself, accompanied by a rich salsa made from tomatoes, honey, and cream.
- - For a classic New York steakhouse experience, the Skyline Cut Steak uses premium Wagyu beef, expertly prepared to highlight its natural flavors, served with a sweet and savory peppercorn sauce alongside French fries.
Finish your meal with a seasonal dessert and a choice of coffee or tea to complete this remarkable dining journey.
Blue Box Café Specialty Course
The "Blue Box Café Specialty Course" consists of Chef Natsuko’s signature dishes across four courses. Start with the
East Side Tartare, made from carefully selected Wagyu beef, diced right before serving, paired with a tomato-based salsa that enhances the meat’s buttery richness.
The highlight of this course is Natsuko's renowned
Lobster Pie, with a perfectly flaky pastry enveloping a luscious filling of sweet shrimp mousse and perfectly cooked Brittany lobster. The moment your knife cuts through the crust, you're met with a delicate sound, leading to a luxurious burst of seafood essence and buttery aroma that lingers, honoring the chef's remarkable technique and dedication to her craft.
Chef Natsuko Shoji commented on the introduction of these new courses, expressing her desire for guests to experience Tiffany's craftsmanship through the culinary arts. With the café celebrating its first anniversary in August 2026, Chef Shoji continues to push the boundaries of culinary excellence, striving to provide a distinctive experience that goes beyond the traditional café concept.
