Participation Costs
For universities and startups founded within the last ten years, the fee is
200,000 JPY (excl. tax) per company. Other businesses will incur a fee of
300,000 JPY (excl. tax) per company. Interestingly, up to three representatives per company can attend under the same fee structure. Participants are responsible for additional expenses, including travel, local transportation, accommodation, and meals.
Comprehensive Schedule
The program's timeline is set from the end of March 2026 to the end of April 2026, which includes:
- - Preliminary Hearings and Matching before travel
- - Online discussions leading up to the trip
- - On-ground travel programs from May 11 to May 15
- - Post-visit follow-ups, ensuring a complete support system to transition ideas into actionable plans.
