Depot Connect International Names Stan Kolev as New Chief Financial Officer

Depot Connect International (DCI), a prominent player in tank container services and logistics solutions, has announced the appointment of Stan Kolev, a certified public accountant and management accountant, as their Chief Financial Officer. With more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership, Kolev is recognized for his expertise in venture-backed growth strategies and industrial services.

Kolev joins DCI after a successful tenure at ITS Logistics, a leading third-party logistics provider with over $1.3 billion in revenue. His contributions in his role as CFO led to the successful sale of the company to a strategic buyer, demonstrating his capability in navigating complex financial landscapes. Prior to his position at ITS Logistics, he served as CFO at Industrial Service Solutions, where he played a vital role in executing an aggressive buy-and-build strategy that resulted in revenue growth from below $300 million to over $550 million, eventually culminating in a successful exit to a private equity investor.

As DCI's CFO, Kolev will spearhead the global financial strategy, overseeing financial reporting, treasury operations, and the integration process for mergers and acquisitions. Kolev holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Master's in Finance from Varna University of Economics in Bulgaria. He is both a certified public accountant and a certified management accountant.
