ONE CAREER Campaign: #ES自由化宣言



On May 19, 2025, ONE CAREER, a platform dedicated to helping students choose their first career paths, unveiled a new campaign titled '#ES自由化宣言' at Shibuya Station, located on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line. This campaign emphasizes the key message that each individual's uniqueness can be a powerful asset in the job market.

The extensive outdoor advertising campaign features visuals created using Adobe Express, an all-in-one content creation application offered by Adobe. It showcases the creativity of new employees who joined ONE CAREER in April 2025. With diverse backgrounds, these new hires express their unique strengths through innovative self-promotion techniques.

Shibuya, known as a bustling hub for youth and a growing center for business, serves as the perfect backdrop for this campaign. Through outdoor promotions in a space frequented by students and professionals alike, ONE CAREER aims to encourage students and companies to update how they approach personal branding and self-promotion.

About the Campaign


The '#ES自由化宣言' campaign aims to dismantle the conventional ways of self-promotion in job hunting, advocating for more creative and personalized methods. Launched on May 12, 2025, the campaign includes a Web commercial and a special website designed to appoint these new employees as the faces of a fresh perspective in approaching career opportunities.

Purpose of the Campaign


With the rise of a direct recruiting model in a competitive hiring market, where companies directly approach students, there’s a pressing need for innovative methods of talent presentation. This campaign aligns with that need by spotlighting how students can utilize creative tools to convey their strengths. The focus is no longer solely on standardized text-based self-promotion but extends into artistic expressions facilitated by technology.

In addition, students can now create personalized self-promotion materials using over 50 various design templates available through Adobe Express. Once completed, these materials can be uploaded to their profiles on the ONE CAREER platform, providing a cohesive way to present their achievements and capabilities to potential employers.

Outdoor Advertising Details


The outdoor advertising will run in two phases:
1. May 19 (Monday) to May 25 (Sunday), 2025
2. June 16 (Monday) to June 22 (Sunday), 2025

The locations for this advertising campaign include Shibuya Station's B2F concourse (known as the ‘TDM Shibuya Big 14’) and the area around the Hachiko exit ticket gate, showcasing a total of 18 creative displays.
