Rengel’s effective start date will be June 22, 2026, and he takes over from David Weston, who is set to retire on July 3, 2026. Weston has played a pivotal role in enhancing ATI's engagement with its investment community, particularly during a time of transformative growth.

Rengel's Background and Experience

Before joining ATI, Rengel enjoyed a successful tenure at Caterpillar Inc., where he served as Senior Director of Investor Relations among other roles. His time there was marked by efforts to advance investor relations through clear and effective communication of the company's strategy and performance, ultimately strengthening shareholder value. He brings over 19 years of experience in finance leadership roles at Caterpillar, including corporate financial planning, treasury, and risk management.

Rengel is well-versed in creating strong bonds with investors and effectively communicating complex business strategies. This skill set positions him well to convey ATI's growth narrative to the investment community as it implements its business strategies.

In his new role at ATI, Rengel will closely collaborate with various business leaders and investors to align with the company's financial initiatives. He will report directly to James R. Foster, ATI's Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Rengel holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Saint Louis University, adding to his rich background in business and law.
