Naseri’s educational background includes a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from Tehran University in Iran, alongside executive education completed at the University of Virginia’s esteemed Darden School of Business. Her involvement extends beyond her corporate duties as she serves on the Computer Science Advisory Board at Old Dominion University and is a member of the World Leaders in Data & AI, highlighting her commitment to advancing the field of analytics.

Highlighting the significance of her work, Naseri stated, "Government health data reflects the care received by 65 million Medicare beneficiaries. My objective is to craft systems that empower organizations to decode what this data reveals. Although the technical challenges are substantial and governance requirements are stringent, executing this correctly is of utmost importance."
