In a remarkable collaboration, Heralbony and Epos Card are set to host an exclusive workshop titled "Experience Diversity" for members of the Heralbony Card. This unique event aims to immerse participants in the world of art created by artists with intellectual disabilities, allowing attendees to engage in meaningful dialogue and creativity.

Workshop Details

From August 1, 2025, to August 10, 2026, Epos Card members who use their Heralbony Card for purchases exceeding 50,000 yen (including tax) will have the chance to win an invitation to this exclusive event. The workshop encourages participants to explore their own perspectives and values through various artistic expressions, including discussions on the artists' backgrounds and creative inspirations.

This workshop is not merely about observing art; it's a dynamic experience that will challenge participants to confront their own differences in perspective and embrace the richness that diversity brings.

Engaging with Artists

The event will feature live participation from Kaoru Iga, one of the featured artists of Heralbony. Through personal interaction, attendees will gain unique insights into the creative process and intentions behind the artworks, deepening their understanding and appreciation of the Heralbony brand's artistic vision.

Artistic Exploration

Throughout the workshop sessions, participants will engage in hands-on activities involving painting and other artistic mediums that highlight their individuality. As they create, they will have opportunities to reflect on personal strengths and characteristics, possibly uncovering new facets of themselves. The workshop's design emphasizes dialogue among participants, allowing them to appreciate that even similar themes can inspire diverse interpretations and feelings.

With approximately 300 contracted artists, each with their unique backgrounds and methods of expression, participants can expect a variety of artistic styles and approaches. Some artists create by rhythmically applying paint to canvas while enjoying music, while others interconnect letters and shapes to form intricate compositions.

The Purpose Behind the Event

The Heralbony Card, which has been issued as a collaborative effort between Heralbony and the Marui Group since November 2021, plays a significant role in supporting the livelihoods of these artists. With each new membership, a portion of the fees collected (0.1% of spending) is redirected back to Heralbony, supporting artist initiatives and the management of related welfare facilities and galleries.

As of March 2026, the cumulative contributions from cardholders have exceeded 100 million yen, demonstrating the growing support network for these artists. This workshop is a heartfelt gesture of gratitude towards card members while also providing them with an opportunity to see the tangible impact of their support.
