McCarthy's journey with TSMGI began in 2017 when he joined as an Account Coordinator. His latest position as Group Director involved overseeing high-profile client programs, where his strategic thinking and authentic engagement with brands led to impressive outcomes.

Before joining TSMGI, McCarthy gained valuable experience at the Indiana Golf Foundation, Indiana Pacers Sports and Entertainment, Vivid Seats, and Ball State University Athletics. This diverse background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both the fan experience and client expectations in sports marketing.
