SINBON Unveils Innovative E-bike Management Solutions Ahead of EuroBike 2025

SINBON Expands its Focus at EuroBike 2025

As EuroBike 2025 approaches, SINBON Electronics Co., Ltd. (TWSE#3023), a prominent integrator of electronic systems, is gearing up to introduce groundbreaking innovations that emphasize intelligent mobility and connectivity. Under the motto “You ride it, we connect it,” SINBON will showcase its cutting-edge fleet management platform and a powerful prototype of an electric bike system with thick tires designed for off-road performance and cargo transport.

Key Areas of Focus

This year, SINBON has narrowed its focus on four pivotal areas:

1. Connectivity for Journeys – Fleet Management Solution

The new fleet management solution integrates modular software and hardware solutions for electric bicycles. It offers fleet operators real-time tracking, diagnostics, rental management, and server-level systems capabilities. Initially designed for regional electric bike services, the solution also supports traditional bicycles and lightweight electric vehicles, making it scalable for both small local fleets and larger regional operations. The modular flexibility means that the platform and fleet can also be deployed separately, tailored to specific customer needs. This enables SINBON to optimize system configuration, enhance data flow, comply with regulatory requirements, and customize solutions to meet each business's operational demands.

2. Power Connectivity – Fat Tire E-bike System

On display will be a prototype of SINBON’s robust 750W fat tire electric bike system, designed for maximum performance on rugged terrains and for transporting goods. SINBON is working closely with bike manufacturers to ensure this model delivers exceptional results and a seamless user experience, leveraging their expertise in creating robust power transmission and electronic system integration.

3. Cloud Connectivity – Comprehensive Software Solutions

SINBON offers a complete software suite that bridges manufacturers and end users, which includes:
  • - User Application for personalized settings and trip data tracking.
  • - Real-time wireless servicing features, allowing diagnostics without physical electronic keys, reducing dealer maintenance costs while enhancing efficiency.
  • - A real-time component verification platform during bike assembly.

4. Interconnectivity – Smart Manufacturing and Connectivity

The integration of smart manufacturing techniques allows SINBON to leverage advanced manufacturing models, such as automated production lines and autonomous warehouse robots. This is aimed at optimizing performance while maintaining high product quality. By combining hardware, software, mobile applications, and cloud solutions, SINBON delivers enhanced IoT functionalities, such as GPS tracking for theft protection, trip history data, real-time data transmission through cellular networks, and Over-The-Air (OTA) system updates.

Strong European Presence

As a leading electronic systems integrator, SINBON supports its growing European customer base through its manufacturing facility and logistics center located in Tatabánya, Hungary, spanning 3,800 square meters. The company also engages in direct sales in the UK and Germany, supported by local representatives and distributors across Europe.

Attendees can visit SINBON at Booth J32 in Hall 8 during EuroBike, from June 25 to 29, to witness the innovations in action.
