The Halmeck Live Artist Ranking focused on women aged between 50 and 87, with responses compiled from an initial survey of 372 participants followed by a more comprehensive study involving 529 participants. The questionnaire was distributed online from January 15 to January 17 for the preliminary phase and from February 4 to February 10 for the final analysis. The artists were rated on a scale of 1 to 7 based on their popularity and the desire to attend their live performances.

The final ranking revealed that the Southern All Stars topped the list as the most desired artists to see live, followed by Miyuki Nakajima and Yumi Matsutoya. This interesting mix showcases the diverse tastes and nostalgic connections these women have with the music from their past.
