Les Copains de Dominique Bouchet, located in the heart of Ginza, is set to delight diners with an exclusive culinary experience that brings the tastes of Provence to Tokyo. From May 1 to June 30, 2026, guests can indulge in a limited-time special course celebrating the vibrant cuisine of Provence, known for its use of fresh vegetables, seafood, olive oil, and fragrant herbs.
A Taste of Provence
The Provence region, situated in the southern part of France along the Mediterranean coastline, is renowned for its sunny climate that yields bountiful produce. This regional cuisine features lighter dishes, allowing the flavors of seasonal ingredients to shine. At Les Copains, Chef Giro Nomura artfully presents this culinary tradition in a bistronomy style, ensuring each dish is both visually appealing and rich in flavor.
Course Offerings
The special course is thoughtfully designed to reflect the fresh and light flavors of early summer. Guests will enjoy a total of six exquisite courses, all available for a price of JPY 10,000, tax included. Please note that the lunch service is available only on weekends and holidays.

Wine Pairing
To enhance the dining experience, Les Copains offers a curated wine pairing featuring selections from the Provence region. Guests can choose from a variety of options, including refreshing rosé wines that beautifully complement the lighter dishes offered in the course. The wine pairing for lunch includes three options (60ml for JPY 4,400, and 90ml for JPY 5,500), and for dinner, four options (60ml for JPY 5,500, and 90ml for JPY 6,600).
