Simultaneously, businesses face increasing pressure to retain talent and support employees by improving their living conditions. Recognizing these trends, Daiwa Life Next has proposed a plan to leverage aging real estate to fulfill corporate housing needs. Oase Nippori Residence Overview

Ideally situated just a six-minute walk from Nippori Station, which is serviced by six train lines including the JR Yamanote Line and Keihin-Tohoku Line, Oase Nippori Residence boasts excellent commuting and living convenience. The facility will include two types of accommodations: dormitory rooms designed for single employees and family housing for those with dependents.

Each unit is equipped with individual bathrooms, kitchens, and toilet facilities, designed with residents' privacy in mind. The single accommodation units come furnished with necessary furniture and appliances, allowing residents to start their new lives immediately upon moving in.

Moreover, a shared work lounge is available as a space for professional networking and collaboration. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the lounge and in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable and efficient communication environment.

- Structure: Reinforced Concrete, 13 Floors (The employee dormitory will occupy floors 1-9)
- Total Units: 304 (Managed by Daiwa Life Next: 151 dormitory units on floors 1-4 and 61 family housing units on floors 5-9)
- Room Sizes: Dormitory (Type 1K) 25.05㎡–30.57㎡, Family Housing (Type 1LDK) 50.11㎡–53.31㎡
- Opening Schedule: Family accommodations in February 2026 and dormitories in March 2026.
- Access: 6-minute walk from Nippori Station; also accessible from Nishinippori Station within 7 minutes.
- Shared Facilities: Work lounge, parking, motorcycle parking, and bicycle parking.
- Other Features: Furnished single accommodations with appliances and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
