Strategic Partnership Aims to Revolutionize Education Infrastructure Through Technology and Consulting

Collaborating for the Future of Education

In a significant move towards enhancing educational infrastructures, three organizations have formed a partnership to advance the next-generation educational project called the "L+ETC concept." The stakeholders include the Educational Tech Graduate School managed by OCC (Chairman: Masashu Negishi; President: Haruo Takemura), Wilson Learning Worldwide Inc. (President: Kensuke Kojima), and H&E Technology Inc. (President: Aoishi Harayama). This collaboration aims to integrate education, technology, and consulting services.

The L+ETC concept stands for Learning, Education, Technology, and Consulting, symbolizing the fusion of these vital areas to develop innovative solutions in the educational landscape. The Educational Tech Graduate School is set to open in April 2025, featuring a fully online curriculum designed to cultivate leaders in the transformation of educational practices utilizing technology.

Wilson Learning, a listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Code: 9610), specializes in consulting for human resource development and organizational growth. Meanwhile, H&E Technology focuses on the convergence of education and AI technology, particularly in monitoring and data utilization in educational settings with their AI camera technologies. By bringing together their individual strengths, this partnership is positioned to create a robust foundation for future educational infrastructures.

Key Initiatives Planned

The collaboration outlines several concrete initiatives:

1. Joint Development of Programs for Kids: Together, the organizations will co-develop and introduce the program "Wilson Learning for Kids & Youth" into educational institutions. For example, there are plans for a trial run at the Gordonstoun School, a UK public school set to open in September 2027.

2. Design and Development of AI Teachers: The partnership includes the collaborative design and development of AI-assisted teaching tools for children.

3. Exploration of Adult Education Programs: Research into adult education programs and the possibility of credit transfer for graduate degrees will be conducted.

4. Experimentation and Feedback Collection: They plan to implement trial experiments and collect feedback, sharing know-how on technical implementations of AI and education infrastructures.

5. Joint Strategic Market Expansion: Strategies for joint deployment both domestically and internationally will be developed, alongside societal dissemination and promotion of educational initiatives.

The integration of Wilson Learning's design capabilities in education, the research implementation expertise of the OCC's Educational Tech Graduate School, and H&E's strength in AI development and infrastructure provisioning will catalyze educational innovation and social implementation both in Japan and abroad.

In a bid to kick off this partnership, an online symposium titled "Human Resource Strategies in the AI Era" is scheduled for September 16, 2025, at 7 PM. The event is co-hosted by the Educational Tech Graduate School and Wilson Learning Worldwide Inc. Details are available on the Educational Tech Graduate School’s official website: Educational Tech Graduate School News.

Additionally, media representatives can request materials prepared by Wilson Learning for further insights into this collaborative initiative.
