ANA Group Introduces Innovative Career Consultant Training

ANA Business Solutions, the training and education arm of ANA Group, has recently unveiled a new skill enhancement program designed for certified career consultants. This initiative ensures compliance with the renewal requirements set forth by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Japan. The program is titled "Career Consulting Skills Training in the Corporate Sphere - A Focus on Micro-Counseling Techniques", and it’s now open for registration starting from October 1.

The development of this ground-breaking training module is spearheaded by ANA Group employees who hold the highest level of national certification in career consulting. Collaborating with recognized experts such as Dr. Takumi Kurosawa, a special researcher at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Education, this initiative aims to evolve existing internal training for career consultants into a more comprehensive educational framework.

Adopting an interactive format, the training workshops emphasize effective techniques for building relationships with employees within limited consultation times. By teaching both theoretical frameworks and practical application, participants will learn how to facilitate proactive career development among their clients. The training fee is set at 28,000 yen (tax-exempt). However, for those with a national certification in career consulting, entering the registration number during application allows access to the non-taxable rate. The general public rate is 30,800 yen (including tax).
