Autumn Culinary Journey at Grand Hyatt Tokyo
As the autumn leaves begin to fall, Grand Hyatt Tokyo, a luxury hotel nestled in the vibrant Roppongi district, prepares to delight guests with a seasonal dining experience. From October 2026, the hotel will introduce two exquisite dining options: the "Autumn Collagen Hot Pot" at the esteemed Chinese restaurant, China Room, and the "Autumn Gastronomic Journey" at the all-day dining venue, French Kitchen.
China Room: Autumn Collagen Hot Pot

Guests can indulge in a whole abalone, known for its health benefits that boost immunity and recovery, alongside a variety of seafood such as king crab, scallops from Hokkaido, and succulent angel prawns. Customers can choose between two opulent soup bases: a spicy mala broth infused with nine different spices or a collagen-rich white soup simmered for eight hours. These are complemented by premium ingredients including domestic beef sirloin and Matsusaka pork, ensuring a hearty and nutritious feast for the senses.
The seasonal hot pot will be available from
October 5 to November 30, 2026, between
