As we approach the end of the year, excitement builds for the Sweetest New Year's Eve celebration — PEEPSFEST® 2024! This annual festival, hosted by Just Born Quality Confections in partnership with ArtsQuest, is gearing up for its 16th iteration on December 30th and 31st at SteelStacks in Bethlehem, PA. Families from across the nation are welcome to join in this heartwarming event, filled to the brim with entertaining activities and unique experiences for everyone.

Festival Highlights

PEEPSFEST® is renowned for its charming traditions and new attractions. One of the major highlights is the famed 400-pound PEEPS® Chick Drop, a larger-than-life symbol of the festival, which will happen at 5:35 PM on both days. Standing at an impressive four feet and nine inches tall, this giant marshmallow chick serves as the grand finale of the festivities, marking the countdown to the New Year in a delightful way.

This year, festivalgoers can enjoy a special “Sneak-PEEP” tasting, allowing them to be the first to sample an exciting new PEEPS® Marshmallow flavor set to debut in Easter 2025. Additionally, children can embark on an adventurous quest with their PEEPSFEST® Passport, which offers opportunities to explore interactive stations and collect special goodies along the way.

PEEPSFEST® is designed with families in mind. According to Courtney Angle, Corporate Affairs Specialist at Just Born, “PEEPSFEST® has grown into such a beloved tradition... we’ve packed the festival with even more opportunities for families to make memories and enjoy the fun.” The event promotes inclusivity and features an expanded indoor space that’s brimming with creative activities.

Children can unleash their creativity at the PBS39 x PEEPFEST® Friendship Bracelet Creation station and participate in a “PEEPS® IN THE KITCHEN®” demonstration, learning how to create tasty marshmallow-dipped treats. Fashion enthusiasts can also grab limited-edition PEEPSFEST® visors, the proceeds of which will support ArtsQuest's tuition-based programs for youth.

For guests needing a more serene environment, a sensory-friendly room will be available, providing a comfortable space to unwind. The festival also includes live music, an ice-skating rink, games, and photo opportunities with the beloved PEEPS® Chick Mascot and the PEEPSMOBILE® transport. This combination of events ensures a memorable day of joy, laughter, and celebration for everyone attending.
