Her extensive background includes significant leadership roles where she successfully developed scalable go-to-market strategies that prioritize customer value, innovation, and a people-focused approach to business.
As CRO, Curtis will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions within New Charter Technologies. Her responsibilities will encompass leading the evolution of the company’s go-to-market strategy for clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. Key initiatives will include strengthening sales execution at the national level, promoting the adoption of consulting and advanced services, and ensuring that New Charter's value proposition is communicated effectively through local teams and technology platforms.
Curtis's impressive resume includes a recent position at Microsoft, where she directed the global distribution business, managing over 180 distribution partners and more than 165,000 indirect resellers worldwide. Prior to Microsoft, she held senior roles at Presidio and Tech Data, with a focus on product marketing, solutions consulting, and sales leadership across various sectors, including healthcare, public sector, and government.
In her own words, Curtis shared her motivation for joining New Charter Technologies, stating, "I've spent my career in this ecosystem, and I've seen what works and what doesn't. There's a real opportunity here to build something different—a platform that stays close to customers, leads with trust, and offers modern technology and innovations to businesses in need of them."
She emphasized her commitment to enhancing customer relationships, particularly for small- and mid-sized businesses that are currently navigating unprecedented complexities. She explained, "New Charter has the scale, expertise, and talent to offer support in a personal and progressive manner. My mission is to articulate that story clearly, to construct a world-class revenue organization around it, and to ensure our clients feel confident, supported, and invigorated by the opportunities ahead."
In addition to driving growth, Curtis will play a critical role in shaping how the company interacts with clients nationwide. By aligning sales, consulting, and service delivery, she aims to create a consistent, high-trust experience for all customers.
"At the end of the day, it comes down to how we show up," she added. "Every interaction should leave a client feeling heard, supported, and assured that we will follow through. That's how lasting relationships are built."
