On October 17, the Sichuan International Communication Center made a significant announcement regarding the launch of its cultural tourism brand, "Sichuan Ease." This initiative was unveiled simultaneously at five renowned global locations, including Times Square in New York, Westfield shopping center in London, Cross Shinjuku Vision in Tokyo, Wilkie Edge in Singapore, and the MBK Center in Bangkok.

The brand's logo is crafted with inspiration drawn from traditional Chinese cloud patterns and incorporates the character "Shu" from oracle script. It creatively merges the shape of the giant panda with the Tai Chi diagram, symbolizing Sichuan's lifestyle philosophy that emphasizes a harmonious balance between tranquility and openness.

Symbolism of the Logo



The logo's design reflects rich motifs of Shu brocade and embroidery, as well as the art of Zigong lanterns. The stunning color combinations not only showcase the diverse landscapes of Sichuan but also convey a message of vibrant culture and inclusivity. From the spectacular Danxia landforms to the serene Bamboo Sea, each aspect invites visual appreciation and cultural engagement.

A promotional video was also released alongside the logo to showcase world-famous attractions such as the Jiuzhaigou Valley, the Huanglong scenic and historic area, Daocheng Yading, and the Bamboo Sea in Southern Sichuan. The video goes further to highlight ancient Shu civilization artifacts, such as the Golden Sun Ornament and the Immortal Birds, along with the iconic Bronze Head with a Gold Mask, paying homage to Sichuan's rich history.
