What Makes Aburasoba so Popular?

The flagship product, Aburasoba, features a chewy medium-thick noodle paired with a uniquely crafted sauce that boasts a rich flavor profile. It's a healthier alternative to traditional ramen while delivering robust satisfaction. Priced starting at 810 yen (including tax: 890 yen), this dish assures a delightful experience.

A new addition to the menu includes the Korean seaweed with a soft-boiled egg, previously an overlooked topping that now offers a sweet and salty taste that perfectly complements the dish. This item goes for 919 yen (including tax: 1,010 yen).

Customization and Toppings

An essential feature of Aburasoba is its adaptability. Diners can enjoy a variety of toppings and spices to suit their preferences. The revamp will introduce additional toppings such as spicy sauce, soft-boiled egg, fried onions, and various others to further enhance the overall taste experience, ensuring that everyone can create their ideal bowl of noodles.
