In line with its name, Le Flocon de Noël is designed to resemble snowflakes, creating a visually stunning and unique product. This cake merges Japan's domestic fruits with the exceptional French techniques that Charles-Henry is known for, resulting in a one-of-a-kind shortcake experience that you won't find anywhere else.

Known for his delicate aesthetic sensibilities, the café features a pink and gold-themed interior, original floral arrangements, and gem-like tarts, allowing patrons to experience exceptional beauty and flavor in Daikanyama, where the café opened in April 2024.
