SKEMA Business School Unveils Ambitious Strategic Plan for 2025-2030

SKEMA Business School Unveils Its Strategic Plan for 2025-2030: UNVEIL

On October 9, 2025, SKEMA Business School revealed its new strategic plan, named UNVEIL, which signifies a pivotal development for the institution. With campuses spread across ten sites in seven countries and a community of 11,000 students and 63,000 alumni, this plan aims to unveil talents, liberate the potential of future generations, and establish a global education platform that spans every continent.

A Transformational Approach

Alice Guilhon, the General Director and Executive President of SKEMA, emphasized that UNVEIL represents a transformative agenda. The goal is not merely to deliver knowledge but to uncover talents while equipping communities to create sustainable futures.

This ambitious plan is grounded on four interrelated pillars: SEEK, COMMIT, BUILD, and GROW, which together redefine the student experience, societal engagement, and SKEMA's global aspirations.

SEEK

The first pillar, SEEK, marks the dawn of a new learning era supported by artificial intelligence. Guided by the principle of “Learn, Teach, Search, Work in the age of AI,” the educational paradigm will see all students by 2030 receiving an enhanced CV enriched with AI. Furthermore, faculty and staff will benefit from KOMPASS, a professional development tool, and an interdisciplinary academic reference will be established.

COMMIT

In its commitment to sustainable futures, the COMMIT pillar outlines programs like Move for Good and AI for Accelerating Impact, mobilizing the SKEMA community around societal and environmental initiatives. The goal is to support 150 startups with a positive impact by 2030, complemented by a global Impact Observatory to assess the tangible results of these efforts. Additionally, a business hub will foster connections between companies and alumni, strengthening SKEMA's role as a key player in the regions it operates.

BUILD

With the BUILD pillar, SKEMA is investing €150 million in its campuses to transform them into “Great Places to Work and Study.” This investment will lead to the development of a unified global teaching platform for a unique learning experience across all campuses, supported by an innovation center in Montreal, Canada.

GROW

Finally, the GROW pillar reflects SKEMA’s global ambitions. After opening a campus in Dubai in 2025, plans are underway for new campuses in India and Australia by 2030, bringing the total to twelve locations across six continents. The establishment of a School of Professional Studies aims to meet the increasing demands for degree, certification, and remote learning in various sectors.

Future Goals

By the year 2030, SKEMA aims to welcome 16,000 students, increase its faculty to 250 professors, and achieve an overall budget of €250 million. This controlled growth strategy aims to balance academic excellence, social openness, and global impact.

In summary, SKEMA Business School's UNVEIL strategic plan is designed to forge a path toward sustainable development in education, empowering both current and future generations to thrive in an ever-evolving global landscape.
