One Career's 'Recruitment Ultra Camp'

One Career is set to host its first-ever large-scale conference for recruiters, titled 'Recruitment Ultra Camp', on October 16, 2025. The event will be held at the Miyakomesse, Kyoto, where attendees can engage with industry leaders and learn from award-winning companies. The highlight will be the One Career Job Hunting Review Award 2025, recognizing companies that have significantly engaged with students during their job search journeys. A total of 50 companies will be honored in five categories, reflecting their commitment to effective recruitment strategies.

Event Background

This inaugural event is centered around the theme, “Let’s open and exceed recruitment.” The goal is to provide a platform where different perspectives from various sectors and companies can evolve the recruitment process, ultimately benefiting both recruiters and job seekers. As the job market becomes increasingly competitive due to a declining workforce and changing values of Generation Z towards work, One Career aims to present insightful methods for improving the recruitment process, inviting experts from fields such as marketing, finance, and corporate culture.

About the Job Hunting Review Award

The Job Hunting Review Award celebrates companies that earn genuine praise from students in their recruitment efforts. Recognizing about 48,000 companies listed on One Career, the awards focus on performance during recruitment events like internships, briefings, and main selection processes. Companies are evaluated and awarded in five categories:
1. Comprehensive
2. Kansai
3. Tokai
4. Local Cities
5. Venture

From 2025, a new Review Committee, which includes outside experts, will be established to ensure a fair evaluation process for selection.

Special Sessions

In addition to the award ceremony, the Recruitment Ultra Camp will feature special sessions highlighting the top three companies recognized with a GOLD award. This will involve discussions on innovative hiring strategies and how these companies, despite their reputation, continue to attract talent.

The session will take place at 14:00–14:40 on Stage B and will feature key figures from NTT East, Kubota, and Sansan. They will share their unique approaches and experiences regarding recruitment and talent engagement.
