Experience the New BYSN TODA ROASTERY

On February 2, 2026, Start Line Co., Ltd., a company aiming to create a society where everyone can live authentically through employment support for individuals with disabilities, will launch its 11th BYSN (Baisen) location, BYSN TODA ROASTERY, in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture.

To celebrate the opening, BYSN is hosting a free open house for job seekers with disabilities and employment support staff, offering them a chance to tour the facilities and participate in hands-on work experiences.

What is BYSN?

BYSN specializes in producing high-quality coffee beans using professional roasting machines.

These coffee beans are developed into unique drip bag products, which serve as promotional items for events, exhibitions, and recruitment activities. This initiative not only enhances corporate recognition but also boosts employee satisfaction, fostering better communication across various settings. The program also supports individuals in obtaining certifications such as coffee meister, providing tailored career development pathways.

• - Session 1: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Registration starts at 9:45 AM)
• - Session 2: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (Registration starts at 12:45 PM)
• - Free Exploration Time: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM for those who wish to tour the facilities only.

Open House Program

1. BYSN Service Overview
A presentation about BYSN, led by Start Line staff, will provide a comprehensive introduction to the services offered.
2. Work Experience
Participants will get hands-on experience with tasks such as hand-picking coffee beans and creating drip bags.
3. Roastery Tour
A guided exploration of actual workspaces, break rooms, and meeting areas.
4. Work Style Consultation Corner
An opportunity to ask questions and discuss work arrangements with Start Line staff regarding employment at BYSN.
