Ken Rogers, a seasoned professional in civil engineering, has been appointed as the Vice President of Public Infrastructure at the firm’s San Antonio office. This strategic move is set to bolster the firm's expanding public infrastructure practice.

With his impressive 25-year background in complex drainage and roadway design, Ken brings a wealth of expertise to Quiddity. His past experiences include delivering Project Submittal Evaluation (PSE) packages to clients all over Texas. In his new position, Ken will spearhead the development and expansion efforts within the firm’s Public Infrastructure sector, which focuses on a variety of critical areas including stormwater flood control, municipal street design, recreational shared-use paths, and major highway transportation projects.

Ken's role will be pivotal in enhancing collaboration with the Texas Department of Transportation and other entities that emphasize multimodal transportation and safety. His responsibilities encompass not only technical project delivery but also management, marketing, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring peak team performance to meet and exceed client expectations.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Additionally, he is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Certified Floodplain Manager.
