This release is part of the brand's ongoing commitment to a philosophy centered around customer satisfaction, dubbed 'Your Happiness'. With over 16,300 FamilyMart stores participating, customers can look forward to a range of stylish new offerings!

Embrace Summer Fashion with Convenience Wear


The summer collection will feature a variety of clothing items that balance style, comfort, and convenience. Inspired by spring and summer seasonal colors, shades like blue and khaki will be prevalent. Convenience Wear, developed in collaboration with renowned fashion designer Hirori Ochiai, champions the idea of 'good materials, good technology, and good designs.' Since its inception in 2021, the brand has quickly become popular, creating a new cultural phenomenon where customers can purchase quality apparel right at their local convenience store.

In November 2023, Convenience Wear took a bold step by hosting Japan’s first-ever fashion show in a convenience store, showcasing its commitment to pursuing new possibilities in the fashion landscape.

Moreover, these sunglasses are crafted from eco-friendly materials, featuring plant-based trifacetate polarized lenses and frames made from recycled plastic, reflecting the brand's commitment to sustainability.

Designer Hirori Ochiai Shares His Vision


Hirori Ochiai expressed his enthusiasm about the new offerings, mentioning how the brand focuses on providing essential items that embody the spirit of summer. 'From our classic line of socks and outer T-shirts to shorts and towels, we’ve reimagined summer essentials in new colors and designs. Particularly, the sunglasses have gone through numerous prototypes to achieve the perfect fit and design, making them accessible for anyone to wear comfortably,' Ochiai stated. About Hirori Ochiai


Hirori Ochiai, the brains behind Convenience Wear’s design, was born in Tokyo in 1977 and graduated from Bunka Fashion College. He established FACETASM in 2007 and has since received numerous awards, including the Mainichi Fashion Grand Prize’s Rookie Award and its top prize. He has collaborated with international brands like Nike and Coca-Cola, continually making waves in both domestic and global fashion scenes.
