With the state-of-the-art Heat Circulation system, WEAZER Nishi-Izu KAI reclaims heat from shower and bath wastewater, as well as exhaust from heating and cooling systems. This technology aims to achieve three times the energy-saving capacity of conventional homes, making high-energy consumption amenities, like saunas, feasible within the module.

Intelligent Energy Management:

Incorporating a uniquely developed AI-controlled feature named Off-grid HEMS (Home Energy Management System), WEAZER analyses real-time weather forecasts and guest data. This allows it to accurately predict energy production and consumption. During times of energy scarcity, the AI autonomously adjusts thermostat settings to maintain comfort while preventing energy depletion.

Elevated Architectural Freedom and User Experience:

The new design boosts architectural adaptability, allowing for a luxurious private space that blends seamlessly with the breathtaking scenery of Nishi-Izu. Despite being off-grid, this model accommodates up to five guests across two bedrooms and includes a sauna for an enriched wellness experience, promoting both mental and physical revitalization amidst nature.
